The passport to the North Highland Way gives you an overview of the churches along the north coast of Scotland. Created by South Regional College Newry in 2019, the passport shows Church of Scotland premises. Many are closed nowadays, so passports can be stamped at the tourist office in John o Groats, at the Castletown post office, at the Bettyhill campsite, at the post office in Durness, and at the Coops at Wick and Thurso. Passports are shipped from Lyth near Wick.
Our mission is to assist with the social, economic and environmental development of the far north of Scotland through the North Highland Way, and now the Trail of the Spanish Armada, which includes the island of Ireland.
5% of our profits to to charity, currently the Bransby Horse Rescue Centre, until we can find a charity which will actively support the North Highland Way and be prepared to apply for funding for the project.
Take only memories, leave only footprints”. This is a travel quote that I often come across, albeit in a different form. It has a modern version of “Take only pictures, leave only footprints" Rachel was not a customer, but am sure she would have approved.

Environmentalist
I am a keen environmentalist. The arts and crafts are products which I create myself. The books, some of which are old and never seen the light of day, are a tribute to Ireland and its past and present. As well as some of my favourite books. I just rediscovered this site... so bear with me while I update.
